£40 per hour per candidate (strictly 1-2-1 away from group work)
Intensive 1 to 1 - non-complex cases
£30 per hour per candidate (alongside a group, but still requiring 1-2-1)
We will encourage a progresssion route from 1-2-1 mentoring to group work where this is considered appropriate and possible.
