COACHING OPPORTUNITIES
Generally, we would be happy to hear from Professional Level 1 & 2 Angling Coaches for work in: Beds., Bucks., Cambs., Herts., Northants. We are happy to hear from sessional coaches who:
1. Are experienced in and enthusiastic about working with young people
2. Are CRB checked in the last 6 months (We will also CRB check as a matter of course)
3. Are Child Protection Trained
4. Are Qualified Basic First Aiders
5. Are eager to help young people develop as anglers and people ...
... We are only interested in coaches who can encourage young people to learn new skills and broaden their horizons. Before calling, please ask yourself: If a young person beat your PB, would you: A. Be really happy for them, congratulate them & take a photo of their moment of glory? or B. Make sure you caught a bigger fish before the end of the session to show that you are in fact the best angler. Only call us if you can honestly say your answer would be A. This is all about the young people, not massaging the ego of match anglers.
