Activities are organised into three departments:

Charitable Services offers:

A route for donors to send money and equipment to sports based education projects in the UK and overseas notably South Africa, Cambodia and Zambia distributing funds donated by supporters of the respective projects and the trading company.

Youth and family services offers:

Peer mentoring, facilitator training, award schemes, parenting courses, enterprise courses, gap year preparation, behaviour management training, experiential learning, learning to learn, problem solving, working as a team, establishing and maintaining youth provision, development of innovative curriculum, skill acquisition, angling.

Community and workplace services offers:

Transformation and change management, executive coaching, coaching top executives and boards, developing transformation strategies, leading organisations through change, corporate mentoring, alignment around shared goals, stimulating innovation, change tracking, territory mapping, Spirit at Work, leadership development and delivering high performance
