Here at Energize Solutions, activities are organised into three departments:
Charitable services offers:
A route for donors to send money and equipment to sports-based education projects in the UK and overseas, notably South Africa, Cambodia and Zambia. The service regularly distributes funds donated by supporters of the respective projects and the trading company.
Youth Services
The Angling4Success.com Programme incorporates:
Group Mentoring towards OCN and BTEC Accreditation
- Individual Mentoring towards OCN Accreditation
- Intensive Individual Mentoring for complex circumstances and requirements
- Positive outcomes for young people 10 - 19 using outdoor experiential learning: Fishing, Falconry, Forest Skills, Photography, Gardening, Animal Care, Environmental Construction

- Peer mentoring, facilitator training, award schemes, enterprise courses, gap year preparation, behaviour management training, experiential learning, learning to learn, problem solving, working as a team, establishing and maintaining youth provision, development of innovative curriculum, skill acquisition.
Community and Workplace services offers:
Communty and Workplace Training - Career and life planning, goal setting, self-awareness and strengths identification, learning to learn, application of these skills into the real world, in real situations to realise an individual's potential.
Corporate Workplace Learning - Transformation and change management, executive coaching, coaching top executives and boards, developing transformation strategies, leading organisations through change, corporate mentoring, alignment around shared goals, stimulating innovation, change tracking, territory mapping, Spirit at Work, leadership development and delivering high performance.
